I’ve made this Oreo cheesecake this Saturday. Make it based on the recipe I found at http://chefronlock.com/recipes/no-bake-oreo-cookie-cheesecake/. Because of the limited ingredients, I’ve modified the recipe with something that I can find in the nearest market.
Here’s my Oreo cheesecake recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Oreos
  • 3 tbs margarine
  • 25 gr cream cheese
  • 125 gr whipped cream
  • 2 tbs refined sugar
  • 1 tbs dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Easy Garlic Bread

DSC_0003aa

Garlic bread is one of my favorite snacks to make at the dorm. It’s pretty easy to make and does not cost much. All you need is the bread. Whether it is white bread, wheat bread or the mighty French baguette.

You only need to mix margarine with minced garlic, oregano and a little pinch of salt. Spread the mixture on the both sides of bread and fry it in a pan.

Eat it while it’s still hot and you will taste heaven.

Cupcake Pops!

Mom, me and sis were planning to make cupcake since I stated that I want to have my own cupcake store (bet that I’ve just rewatched DC Cupcakes show). We do love red velvet cake so we decided to make red velvet cupcakes. Without further ado, I would like to show you our cupcake babies.

Picnic at Ragunan

Last Sunday I went to Kebun Binatang Ragunan with Avis to have picnic. Why Ragunan? Because,
Ancol must be very hot…
Kebun Raya Bogor is so far away…
Taman Mini, we’ve been there for once…
So we chose Kebun Binatang Ragunan since it’s near and I know that there are so many picnic spots and Avis never gone there in his entire life (how could you…)

He requested spaghetti for lunch and I initiated to make salad, some garlic breads, meatballs, sausages, fries and put some broccolis.

picnic lunch

It was really nice there. Especially the big trees that made some nice air to breathe. It’s sure very crowded with children and family, and eventhough we hardly seen the animals, but we’re not really care because we were there to have picnic, not for the animals (actually we’re just lazy to walk after filling our tummies with food).

Well, Kebun Binatang Ragunan is very nice spot for having picnic.
And I think most of the visitors just want to have picnic, for the picnic spots are always full.
