Birthday Brunch Sent To Your Office

Yesterday I went to Avis’ office, plan to give him birthday surprise by commending lunch box to the security. Well, the plan didn’t work because there’re so many securities in front of the office. The situation that makes me confused haha. So, I call him and ask him to come faster. It’s being awkward being alone there.

Btw, I made simple sandwich for him, here’s my recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of white breads
  • Lettuce head
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Shredded fried chicken (as much as you like)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ part of carrot
  • ¼ part of bell pepper
  • ¼ part of spring onion
  • ¼ part of cucumber
  • ¼ part of tomato
  • A little pinch of salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili and tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Crush boiled eggs in a bowl with fork
  2. Minced the garlic. Diced carrot, bell pepper, spring onion, cucumber and tomato
  3. Mix it all with the shredded chicken
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of a bread
  5. Put lettuce head on the top of mayonnaise
  6. Put egg mixture on top of it
  7. Cover it with slice of cheese
  8. Spread some sauce
  9. Cover it with bread
  10. It’s not ready yet! Cut it in half in order to fit the lunch box

I serve it with grapes and orange juice since I thought that sandwich taste better with fruits. Oh! Plus a banana! Since a gorilla needs to eat one! :p

And last, I put them all into brown paper bag and put a note in it. Hope that he’ll enjoy my homemade :D
